Abstract Review

Each abstract will undergo a rigorous double-blind review process conducted by reviewers from the International Scientific Committee. Before the abstracts are made visible to the reviewers, they will undergo a quality check to ensure compliance with length requirements, paragraph structure, and the inclusion of relevant keywords. Reviewers have the authority to override the point-based decision if they believe a high-quality abstract should be selected for a poster presentation or if a less polished abstract can be improved and presented orally due to its significant subject matter. This flexibility is facilitated through an internal commenting system. Following the review process, we will promptly inform you of the reviewers’ decisions and provide their valuable comments to the authors.

Full Paper Review

Abstracts accepted for oral presentations are required to submit a full paper of up to 12 pages, which will be published in the conference proceedings and must adhere to the criteria set by the E3S Web Conference Proceedings for paper writing. Only authors who have completed full payment and submitted a full paper will be assigned an oral presentation slot during the conference. Each paper will be thoroughly reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers, and authors will be given an opportunity to address the reviewers’ comments and make necessary corrections. The reviewers’ identities will remain anonymous to the authors. Once the review comments have been incorporated, the paper will be accepted for publication in either the E3S Proceedings or the Conference Proceedings (ISBN) volume.
