Conference System
To submit an abstract/manuscript, participants must create an ETMC 2023 conference system account. The account allows participants to access registration details and payment information anytime after registration, print out the registration confirmation and invoice, and request an invitation letter.
Abstract Submission
An abstract must clearly and concisely outline the material being proposed for presentation. In addition, it should allow the reviewer to quickly comprehend the scope of the work and determine its relevance to an appropriate conference theme. Therefore, preference will be given to those abstracts that provide a concise and systematic summary of the project objectives and results. The abstract should identify the paper’s subject area and the author’s perspective. It should define whether it is a case study or a new research report and whether it contains information about unusual methods or new techniques. Finally, it should confirm what the conclusions of the paper will be, highlighting their importance.
Writing your abstract
To submit your abstract (maximum of 300 words), please use our conference management software “ConfTool”. Register online to access the submission portal and clearly indicate the specific conference topic that your abstract addresses.
We recommend structuring your 300-word abstract as follows:
Paragraph 1: Briefly explain the importance of your abstract. Paragraph 2: Highlight the novelty and approach adopted in your research. Paragraph 3: Summarize your main findings. Paragraph 4: Discuss the primary applications and implications of your work.
To ensure a comprehensive review, please ensure that your abstract is not shorter than 200 words, as shorter abstracts may receive lower scores during evaluation. Additionally, we strongly encourage having a proficient English speaker review your abstract before submitting it to us.
One participant can only submit maximum 2 (two) abstracts as a corresponding author. Note that should both abstracts/full papers are accepted in the Scopus-indexed Proceeding, the corresponding author who submits two abstracts should pay for an additional publication fee for the second paper.
Deadline for abstract submission : 30 June 2023
Notification of acceptance : 24 July 2023
Abstract should be sent by ETMC 2023 ConfTool.
