Proses Penggantian Rencana Studi Semester I – 2009/2010 akan dimulai tanggal 8 September 2009 dan dibagi menjadi 4 tahapan:

1. Penggantian Rencana Studi Mahasiswa secara ON-LINE pada http://ol.akademik.itb.ac.id/
2. Perwalian atau Tatap-muka dengan Wali untuk persetujuan Rencana Studi Mahasiswa yang baru.
3. Pencetakan KSM Semester I – 2009/2010
4. Pengambilan KSM Semester I – 2009/2010

Sesuai Buku Peraturan Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan – ITB 2008, maka kami informasikan bahwa mulai Semester I – 2008/2009, cara penilaian Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa telah mengalami sedikit perubahan yaitu penambahan nilai antara A dengan B serta B dengan C sebagai berikut :

A     (nilai 4,0)    berarti sangat baik
AB   (nilai 3,5)    berarti nilai antara baik dengan sangat baik
B     (nilai 3,0)    berarti baik
BC   (nilai 2,5)    berarti antara cukup dan baik
C     (nilai 2,0)    berarti cukup
D     (nilai 1,0)    berarti hampir cukup
E     (nilai 0,0)    berarti kurang atau gagal

Perubahan ini akan diterapkan mulai Semester I – 2008/2009 ini.

JADWAL KEGIATAN PERUBAHAN RENCANA STUDI (PRS) SECARA ONLINE

Para mahasiswa dapat melakukan Perubahan Rencana Studi (PRS) di Program Studi Teknik Kelautan dengan menghubungi Wali (melakukan Perwalian) mulai tanggal 25 Pebruari sampai 29 Pebruari 2008 pukul 15.00 WIB dengan syarat bahwa mahasiswa telah mendaftar pada Semester II – 2007/2008.

Pengembalian dan Pengesahan KSM dapat dilakukan mulai tanggal 26 Pebruari sampai 29 Pebruari 2008 pukul 16.00 WIB.

• Rencana studi sudah disetujui oleh Dosen Wali secara online atau cetakan Lembar Rencana Studi yang sudah ditandatangani Wali Akademik.
• Membawa surat izin pengambilan SKS lebih yang sudah dientri oleh TU Fakultas/Sekolah, jika diperlukan.
• Surat Kuasa bagi mahasiswa yang pendaftarannya diwakilkan.
• Pasphoto terbaru (tidak bekas):
• Program Sarjana : 1 lembar, ukuran 3 x 4 Cm.
• Program Pascasarjana : 2 lembar, ukuran 3 x 4 Cm, 1 lembar, 2 x 3 Cm, 1 lembar).
• KTM & KSM Sem II 2006/2007.
• Kartu Perpustakaan yang telah dinyatakan bebas pinjam oleh Perpustakaan terkait
