The vision of the ITB Petroleum Study Program for the undergraduate stage is to become a superior, reliable and dignified petroleum engineering undergraduate study program in the world. While its mission is to organize study programs to produce competent, excellent and dignified petroleum engineering graduates and responsive to local challenges and global developments. the development of petroleum science and technology is very broad and because petroleum engineering is an interdisciplinary science, the expertise/expertise of the human resource staff of each lecturer is very specific in the aspect of deepening their knowledge.
In line with ITB Education Dignity (ITB Senate Decree No. 023/SK/KO1-SA/2002) the objective of the Petroleum Engineering Undergraduate Study Program is to organize undergraduate education programs to educate students to have meaningful knowledge for life, be independent, earnest in uphold professional and social ethics, and be competent to make himself useful in the workplace and in society. In the context of the Petroleum Engineering Undergraduate Study Program, the competency referred to is the qualification of a Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering while the intended employment is the upstream oil and gas industry, particularly in oil and gas resource exploitation activities. furthermore the implementation of the TM Study Program aims to:
