HIMATG “TERRA” ITB Takes First Place in the Achievement League November 2016-June 2017

Bandung – Activity in associations or organizations often becomes a scapegoat for students when faced with conditions of minimal achievement. In fact, this is not always true. The HIMATG “TERRA” ITB Geophysical Engineering student association, for example, succeeded in achieving the top position in the achievement league event held by the ITB Student Family Cabinet (KM ITB) for the period November 2016-June 2017. In a release published via social media from the Student Cabinet, HIMATG “TERRA ” ITB managed to leave its competitors far behind with a total score of 2532.35

The closest competitor, the Biological Engineering Student Association, was ranked second with a score of 1299.18. Followed in sequence by HMTM Patra, HME, and HIMATEK in 3rd to 5th place.

These encouraging results certainly illustrate that the Geophysical Engineering Student Association “TERRA” ITB has succeeded in increasing the potential of its members to continue to excel even though they are active in association activities. This is of course in line with the tagline “Potency Escalation” which is being promoted by the current management of HIMATG “TERRA” ITB.
