Application for Master degree program for Semester I 2009-2010 can be accepted in April and June 2009. The dateline for submitting Graduate Program Application form are :

Thursday, April 9, 2009 (for Phase I), and Thursday, June 19, 2009 (for Phase II)

Graduate School (SPS) – ITB, and Language Center – ITB (UPT Pusat Bahasa), and UPT TPA BAPPENAS, and also with Ocean Engineering Master Program will organize :

  • Master Degree Admission Test Friday, April 24 and July 3, 2009
  • English Proficiency Test (EPT) Friday, April 24 and July 3, 2009
  • Potential Scholastic Test (TPA) Saturday, April 25 and July 4, 2009

Admission Requirement :

  1. Hold Undergraduate (S1) degree in related fields
  2. Complete the graduate program application form from the Graduate School (SPS)
  3. Pass the admission test at Ocean Engineering Program that covers written examination on Math and ocean engineering related topics and personal interview
  4. The Potential Scholastic Test (Tes Potensi Akademik/TPA , a GRE equivalent) with a minimum score of 475
  5. English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) with a minimum score of 77 or equivalent to a minimum score of 475 in International TOEFL.

Persyaratan :

  1. Sarjana (S1) lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Terakreditasi
  2. Mengisi formulir pendaftaran dari Sekolah Pasca Sarjana (SPS) – ITB
  3. Lulus admission test pada Program Studi Teknik Kelautan yang meliputi test tertulis pada topik  Matematika Rekayasa, Mekanika Rekayasa, Mekanika Fluida, dan Hidrolika, serta wawancara
  4. Nilai Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) minimal 475
  5. Nilai English Language Proficiency Test (EPT) minimal 77 atau Nilai International TOEFL minimal 475.

Program Studi Teknik Kelautan menawarkan Program Fast-Track bagi mahasiswa Teknik Kelautan yang berprestasi (IP di atas 3.0), di mana mahasiswa yang berprestasi dapat memperoleh gelar Sarjana Teknik (ST) dan Magister Teknik (MT) dalam waktu 5
(lima) tahun.

Dalam skema Program Fast-Track ini, mahasiswa yang berprestasi dapat mengambil kuliah dalam program magister sebanyak 12 (dua belas) SKS pada tahun ke 4 (semester 7 dan 8 ) program sarjana.

Setelah menyelesaikan program sarjananya (S1), mereka dapat langsung mendaftarkan diri untuk program Magister (S2) Teknik Kelautan dan Sekolah Pasca Sarjana (SPS) akan langsung mengakui kuliah magister sebanyak 12 (dua belas) SKS yang diambil pada program sarjana (dengan ketentuan bahwa nilai rata-rata dari 12 SKS tersebut harus minimum 3.50) . Dengan ketentuan bahwa harus memenuhi 36 (tigapuluh enam) SKS dalam program magister, mahasiswa yang berprestasi hanya tinggal harus menyelesaikan 24 (duapuluh empat) SKS dari kuliah wajib dan pilihan yang dapat diselesaikan dalam 2 (dua) semester atau 1 (satu) tahun.

Mahasiswa yang berprestasi dapat mengajukan lamaran untuk Beasiswa Voucher yang akan membebaskan mahasiswa dari biaya semester dan biaya kuliah.

Proses pendaftaran ulang Semester II – 2008/2009 telah dimulai dan dibagi menjadi 4 tahapan :

  1. Pengisian Rencana Studi Mahasiswa secara ON-LINE pada http://ol.akademik.itb.ac.id/
  2. Perwalian atau Tatap-muka dengan Wali untuk persetujuan Rencana Studi Mahasiswa.
  3. Pencetakan KSM Semester II – 2008/2009
  4. Pengambilan KSM Semester II – 2008/2009 di TU Program Studi atau Fakultas
