A data-driven approach to Oceanography and Environmental \nScience has been critical to better understand Earth\u2019s climate and in \nidentifying and isolating anthropogenic changes in the environment. \nDuring the last decade, data analytics has also been employed to address\n the socio-economic challenges that humanity faces, however, much \nremains to be explored in this domain.
