The Faculty of Earth Sciences and Technology (FEST), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for international researchers to conduct postdoctoral research in Indonesia. This one-year program, start from October 2025, is designed to foster global research collaboration and enhance the international exposure of FEST ITB\u2019s graduate students and researchers through high-impact scientific publications.<\/p>\n

This opportunity is open to researchers residing outside Indonesia who have a strong track record of publishing in reputable international journals. Applicants must propose a postdoctoral research topic related to geological remote sensing and be willing to conduct research at FEST ITB while actively contributing to its international visibility.<\/p>\n

The expected outcomes of the program include the submission and acceptance of at least two research articles<\/strong> in top 10% international journals. Selected researchers will receive an allowance of IDR 200,000,000<\/strong>, allocated as 40% for living expenses and 60% for research activities.<\/p>\n

Interested candidates are required to submit the following documents:<\/p>\n

  2. Motivation letter,<\/li>\n
  3. Postdoctoral research plan,<\/li>\n
  4. PhD diploma,<\/li>\n
  5. Copy of passport.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All documents should be sent to Dr. Asep Saepuloh by email saepuloh@itb.ac.id no later than September 23, 2025<\/strong>. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview on September 28, 2025.<\/p>\n
